Saftey, Risk & Participation Policy
This Safety, Injury, Participation & Assumption of Risk Policy (“Policy”) applies to all coaching sessions, training programmes, matches, events, camps and other sporting activities organised, operated or facilitated by Kings Club PTE. LTD. (“Kings Club”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Policy forms part of the terms upon which participants take part in Kings Club activities.
Where a participant is under 18 years of age, references to the participant include, where appropriate, the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
By registering for, booking or participating in a Kings Club activity, the participant and/or their parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the matters set out in this Policy.
1. OUR APPROACH TO SAFETY
Kings Club is committed to providing a professionally managed sporting and coaching environment and will take reasonable steps to promote the health, safety and welfare of participants.
Sport, physical exercise and cricket are, however, inherently physical activities and cannot be made completely risk-free.
The existence of this Policy, any safety procedure or any action taken by Kings Club does not constitute a guarantee that an injury, accident, illness or other incident will not occur.
Kings Club will exercise reasonable care in delivering its services but cannot eliminate all risks associated with participation in sport.

Nothing in this Policy excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. PARTICIPANT FITNESS & RESPONSIBILITY TO DISCLOSE
It is the responsibility of the participant and, where applicable, their parent or guardian to determine whether the participant is medically and physically fit to participate.

A participant returning following injury, surgery, significant illness or another medical event is responsible for ensuring they are fit to resume participation.
